ADOM Gift Card - FAQ

How can I make the most of my ADOM gift card?  
You'll receive an email with all the details when you purchase an ADOM gift card. If you're gifting it to someone special, easily forward that email to them! Prefer to have the details sent directly to the recipient? Just add their active email address in the checkout notes, and we’ll handle the rest. The email will include the gift card PIN code, allowing your recipient to enjoy whatever they desire! You’ll receive the gift card the same day you check out, so be sure to share that PIN code promptly.

Can I return a gift card?  
While you can’t return the gift card itself, any purchases made with it can be refunded back to the card. Keep in mind that ADOM gift cards are non-refundable, but that just means they’re perfect for keeping the joy alive for future shopping sprees!

What if I don’t use the full amount on my gift card?  
No problem! The unused balance will stay on your card. You’ll receive a new PIN code for any remaining funds, which can easily be used for future ADOM purchases. It’s all about making your experience seamless!

When do gift cards expire? 
Rest assured, ADOM gift cards never expire! You can use them at your convenience whenever the time is right.

Do you offer physical gift cards? 
We currently offer exclusively digital gift cards, providing a quick and instant gifting experience for you and your loved ones.

Terms and Conditions:  
Our gift cards are everlasting and cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. They can’t be returned and may not be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
